Phpone

Sports Rules

1. General Rules

  1. 1.1 Bet settlement is based on the official result provided by the relevant governing body. If the official result is not published, Phpone may settle using verified data from reliable sources. Bets may be delayed pending confirmation.
  2. 1.2 If a market or price is published with an error or incorrect information, Phpone reserves the right to void the affected bets and, if necessary, re-settle any affected wagers.
  3. 1.3 Only our live published prices are binding for wagers. Prices displayed on third-party sources or elsewhere do not govern settlement.
  4. 1.4 Bets tied to correlated outcomes that are not accounted for by the system may be void at Phpone’s discretion.
  5. 1.5 Phpone reserves the right to suspend settlement and/or close accounts where there are concerns of fraud or integrity in an event, and to withhold payment pending investigation by the relevant authorities.
  6. 1.6 Customers cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed. Bets that are accepted and marked as confirmed are binding.
  7. 1.7 Bets deemed incorrectly settled may be re-evaluated and resettled within 48 hours; Phpone may reclaim any incorrect payouts.
  8. 1.8 Markets settle on regular time unless a market explicitly states otherwise. Extra time, golden goals, or penalties are not included unless specifically stated in the market terms.
  9. 1.9 If an event is cancelled, suspended, or postponed and not retrieved within 24 hours after the scheduled start time, the event may be declared void. If the referee signals the regular end before the posted full time, that result shall be considered valid; matches presented as non-standard durations (for example two halves of unconventional length) will be treated per the official guidance for that event.
  10. 1.10 Dead heat rules apply. When two or more selections share the same outcome, stakes are adjusted in accordance with the applicable dead heat provisions.
  11. 1.11 Onsite information (scores, stats, feeds) is provided as a guide and is subject to delay; settlement is not based on onsite information alone.
  12. 1.12 All settlements are in decimal odds unless a market specifies an alternative format.
  13. 1.13 Phpone may amend sporting rules at any time. Notices of changes will be published on the platform, and the English version remains the official text.
  14. 1.14 If an event is abandoned or postponed and participants change, open bets may be voided. Bets will stand if resumed and completed within a defined window; otherwise, they may be voided in line with the event-specific rule.
  15. 1.15 If coverage for an event is dropped, bets will be settled on the official result or void for any market that cannot be verified.
  16. 1.16 In the event of a significant price error, Phpone reserves the right to void the affected selection or to resettle at the correct price at its discretion.
  17. 1.17 Outright markets are settled for all listed selections; non-participating selections are treated as losses unless the market specifies otherwise.
  18. 1.18 If a dead heat occurs, the stake is allocated according to the dead heat rules, with the remaining stake treated as a loss where applicable.
  19. 1.19 All onsite data supplied for betting purposes is illustrative; settlement does not rely on live display data beyond the official result.
  20. 1.20 The operator reserves the right to make determinations on a bet-by-bet basis in circumstances not explicitly covered by these rules.
  21. 1.21 Sporting rules may be amended at any time; amendments will be published online and apply to bets placed after publication.

2. Football (Soccer) Rules

  1. 2.1 Bets on football are settled on the result after 90 minutes of play plus injury time. Extra time, golden goal, and penalty shootouts do not count unless the market specifically states otherwise.
  2. 2.2 If a match is cancelled, suspended, or postponed and not resumed within 24 hours of the scheduled start, the match may be void. If the interruption is otherwise officially resolved with a standard result before the end of regulation time, that result stands.
  3. 2.3 If a match is played in non-standard durations (for example, triangolare formats or youth fixtures with differing regulation times), settlement follows the official duration indicated for that fixture.
  4. 2.4 If a match is interrupted in the second half, bets on the first half may be voided unless the governing rules define a continuation path that preserves the market.
  5. 2.5 If a market ends before the end of the specified regulation time, the market is void except as specifically stated in the market terms.

3. Tennis

  1. 3.1 Settlements are based on the official result from the governing body. If no official result is published, Phpone may settle with the best available authoritative data.
  2. 3.2 If a player withdraws or is disqualified before the match or before the first set completes, bets on that player to win the match or advance are void; if withdrawal occurs after the first set, the opponent is declared the winner and bets on the first set are settled accordingly.
  3. 3.3 If the match is played on a surface other than the one published by officials, Phpone reserves the right to deem the event void.
  4. 3.4 In doubles events, if one player withdraws before the match and the partner competes with a substitute, all bets on the event may be void.
  5. 3.5 If a match is played as best-of-five but completed as best-of-three, all bets on the event are void unless market terms specify otherwise.

4. Basketball

  1. 4.1 The final score, including overtime, determines settlements for standard bet types; some markets may treat overtime differently if expressly stated in the market.
  2. 4.2 If a game is cancelled or not resumed within 72 hours of the official start time, bets on that game may be void unless a result is officially declared.
  3. 4.3 If a game is moved to a venue other than that advertised, bets on that game are void unless a replacement venue is explicitly allowed in market terms.

5. American Football

  1. 5.1 Bets are settled on the official result at the end of the standard playing time, including any overtime only if the market specifies it.
  2. 5.2 If a game is postponed or abandoned and not resumed within the current scheduled week, bets are void unless an official winner is declared.
  3. 5.3 Markets involving individual player statistics are settled on official statistics; if a player does not participate, related bets are void.

6. Other Sports (Baseball, Rugby, Ice Hockey, Volleyball, etc.)

  1. 6.1 BaseBall: settlements are based on the official final result; if the game is interrupted and not resumed within the defined window, bets are void; extra innings are included unless the market specifies otherwise.
  2. 6.2 Ice Hockey and Rugby: outcomes are determined by the final result; overtime and shootouts are not included unless stated in the market.
  3. 6.3 Volleyball: settlements are based on the victory in the required sets; if interrupted, bets may be opened or void per market terms.

7. Live Bets

  1. 7.1 Live odds update in real time; movements in price may occur between selection and acceptance and may affect potential winnings.
  2. 7.2 Live bets are settled on results known immediately after the event outcome is determined; if a participant does not take part, the bet is invalid unless market terms specify otherwise.
  3. 7.3 Bets on markets determined during live play are settled as soon as the outcome becomes unambiguous; if the event is cut short, settlements reflect the latest confirmed result.
  4. 7.4 Claims regarding live bets may be submitted within 24 hours of the event start. Adjustments are made in accordance with official results or market rules.

8. Bet Types

  1. 8.1 Single Bet: one market outcome; payout equals stake multiplied by the stated odds.
  2. 8.2 Accumulator Bet: multiple unrelated selections; all selections must win; total odds equal the product of the individual odds; payout equals stake multiplied by total odds.
  3. 8.3 System Bet: multiple accumulators with identical stake; winnings are the sum of each accumulator portion.
  4. 8.4 Conditional Bet: a chain of standard bets where only the principal stake is funded upfront; subsequent bets are deducted from winnings; if the principal loses, all conditional bets lose.

9. Stakes and Limits

  1. 9.1 The minimum stake for all events is published in the sportsbook and may vary by market; the maximum stake is set per event and type of bet and may change without notice.
  2. 9.2 Phpone reserves the right to place restrictions on wager size, limit multiple bets on the same outcome, and modify limits at any time.

10. Age, Identity, and Data

  1. 10.1 Only individuals who are at least the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction may register and place bets. Identity verification may be requested at any time.
  2. 10.2 Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data may be used to verify identity, prevent fraud, and fulfill regulatory requirements; information is not shared except as required by law or regulatory authorities.
  3. 10.3 Multiple accounts are prohibited. If detected, accounts beyond the primary may be closed and promotional offers withdrawn in respect of the secondary accounts.

11. Account and Support

  1. 11.1 Two balances may exist on a customer account: a main balance for wagering and a bonus balance for promotions; bets may only be placed from the main balance unless otherwise stated.
  2. 11.2 Transactions, bet history, and account activity are accessible through the account management section; customers may request receipts and summaries in accordance with applicable law.
  3. 11.3 Customer support is available to assist with betting rules, settlement questions, and account issues in accordance with Phpone’s customer service standards.
